Exhibit Sponsorship for Three Day Conference
The 2011 conference will follow two formats:

Sundberg Conference - this format includes all conference speakers including Dr. Mark Sundberg

General Conference - this format includes all conference speakers excluding Dr. Mark Sundberg

Exhibit Sponsorship - Sundberg Conference Ad - $350

Exhibit Sponsorship - General Conference Ad - $250

Sponsorship includes:

• One exhibit space
• One 1/4 page black and white advertisement in the conference program
• One complimentary conference registration
• Logo on conference website
