PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW – Provide your email and a link will be emailed to you to save and continue each form as needed.

1. SPEAKER BASIC INFORMATION SO WE CAN ANNOUNCE YOUR PARTICIPATION & REGISTER YOU AS AN ATTENDEE:  (Needed as soon as possible) www.dfwautismconference.com/speakerinformation

    Please provide your powerpoint in PDF for us to upload and provide to our attendees ahead of the conference. Any presentations provided after Monday, February 3rd may not be available to attendees due to time constraints. Handouts help ensure that attendees choose topics that are relevant to them. We encourage you to provide a version of their handouts to us as soon as you are able.
